• Proceed on North Phoenix Road one mile and turn right into Centennial Golf Club.

From North Medford/Grants Pass (I-5 heading South):

• Take Interstate 5, heading South

• Turn left off of the exit overpass towards Barnett and turn right on Barnett. Proceed on Barnett two miles until it intersects North Phoenix Road.
• Turn right on North Phoenix Road.
